This latch hook rug kit is used to make one 12" square Glowing Heart rug. This "shaggy" style rug has a softer, plush feel and longer yarn than standard latch hook rugs. Includes the pre-printed canvas, yarn and instructions. Latch hook tool must be purchased separately.
