All items are ABSOLUTELY guaranteed! If you are unhappy for any reason at all, simply return your UNUSED item and we will replace the item or refund your money. Please check your items carefully before use as we do not accept returns on used items. We may, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee of 10% on items returned for reasons other than being damaged or defective. We do not refund S/H charges under any circumstances. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be paid via credit card, Paypal OR money order in US funds. Absent of special circumstances or established business relationships, no international checks will be accepted. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and associated foreign carriers. International shipments will be insured when possible, although insurance is not available for all countries. We will ship without insurance where it is not available, but we can not be responsible for the shipment once it leaves the office.

International S/H charges are estimated only and, if necessary, to make up the difference between estimated and actual shipping charges, we will charge additional S/H charges to the credit card used to place the order. By placing an international order with this company, you consent SPIRITCRAFTS charging any additional amount necessary to your credit card as detailed above.

We generally CAN NOT offer international shipping with signature required at the time of delivery. By placing an international order with SpiritCrafts, you agree that shipping to your provided address will serve as proof of delivery.

We routinely ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada and many European countries. We gladly ship anywhere in the world.

US Orders over $100 ship for free!

We are not a quick shipping company and most items are manufactured after the order is completed. Items generally ship within 4 to 7 business days of order, though we will ship faster when we can. Some shipments may take up to 7 to 10 business days or longer due to manufacturing schedules during busy seasons. Generally, large orders will take longer to ship due to manufacturing lead times.

S/H is handled exclusively by USPS Mail or USPS package services. Shipping Rates are based on a combination of factors, including weight of items to be shipped and where the item is being shipped. International shipping is by US Postal Service unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

Shipping charges shown on the invoice are estimated and actual S/H charges may be greater than estimated. We will, when appropriate, charge additional S/H charges to your credit card to cover actual S/H costs.
